ABOUT US

Strength for Positive Action (SPA UK) is a not-for-profit organisation based in the United Kingdom, committed to promoting the wellbeing of families, vulnerable individuals, and local communities. We are registered in England as a company limited by guarantee (Company No: 15392055). We organise family retreats in beautiful venues and great hospitality and our retreats strengthen family bonds, improve communication, reduce stress and provide opportunities for family growth and learning.

Our Mission

To create safe, inclusive spaces where families can grow stronger together, vulnerable groups can access vital support, and communities can thrive through connection, compassion, and collaboration.
